Because Ed Kuris is an old and dear friend of mine, I have been reluctant to be too effusive about his work, lest anyone think that it was my friendship that was speaking and not my judgment. But his work is a deep well of beauty, humor, and surprise. He has, in my judgment, been an overlooked treasure in the Canadian art scene. Pay attention to this artist, he will bring you joy.

One thing about the future is that it appears to be filled with… sexual taunting. A kind of S&M. There must be a lot of workout studios in the future because everyone is in such great shape. Paul Roget’s work and there is a lot of it, is part of this tradition. Of the future. (Something odd about that.)
